Group Workshops

Organizations can identify and address areas where new approaches will bring positive change. Group workshops are customized to specific topics directed by management. 

Group Workshop reveal common themes within organizations related to structural changes, team building, communication, personnel morale along with goals set by group leaders. During these learning experiences, matters often surface that have not been previously identified which gives way to addressing and bringing resolution.

Group workshops take place at Arise Ranch  located in Foristell, MO near Wentzville. Sessions take place in a variety indoor and outdoor  areas where the full experience of being in the horses habitat promotes learning.

Group workshops are a team approach. Sessions are facilitated by a licensed therapist, an Equine Specialist, a selection of Therapy Horses and the Participants. All are equal partners in this therapy.
